Designing a shared space that brings people together through an affordable market and a communal kitchen — fostering connection, accessibility, and a sense of belonging at the heart of the neighborhood.

Open kitchen, open market

The project is organized on a single level, unfolding as a seamless sequence of complementary programs. The ground floor opens to the public through a warm, welcoming market space — lined with shelving, communal tables, and lush greenery — where neighbors can gather, shop, and linger. Further in, a dedicated communal kitchen provides a space for collective cooking, workshops, and food-based programming.
